Favorite Ingredient Friday: Popcorn Chicken

I was requested to post the recipe for the popcorn chicken that I listed on my menu for Menu Plan Monday. So here it is (this is for 2-3 people): 2-3 Raw, Chopped Chicken Breasts (can use other cuts if you prefer) 1/2 C bread crumbs (for gluten free – use crushed gf tortilla chips) 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese Put ingredients in Ziploc baggy and toss until coated. Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Since a more concrete recipe for my spaghetti sauce was requested… Here’s a rough estimate of what my recipe looks like: Ingredients: 2 can tomato sauce/paste1 can diced tomatoes1 onion1 green pepper2 cloves of garlicItalian seasoning, salt, pepper to taste2 Tbsp brown sugar Directions: 1.
