College Graduation Festivities: Induction into Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is the international honor society of two-year colleges and academic programs. Mission Statement: The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. How is it possible that my baby girl is 18-years-old? Time passes so quickly. It seems like it was just yesterday that she was a little girl hoping to go see the dolphins and killer whales at Sea World. At least some things never change. College Graduation Festivities: Transfer Student Luncheon

It’s hard to believe that 2 years have passed since M’s high school graduation. Time has flown, and now she’s getting ready to graduate with a 2-year degree and transfer to her 4-year university. I can’t say that I’m ready for all of this to happen, but it’s happening. This month is going to be filled with various graduation festivities in addition to trying to wrap up her studies, finish projects, and cram for finals.
