Week 5 21 Day Fix

Week 5 – check! This has been an interesting and busy week. I missed one day due to traveling and another day due to just being exhausted. I had been painting and moving bins which lead to me being too physically spent to try to do the regular exercise.

Travel day found me eating some things that I have avoided during the last few weeks, but, for the most part, I have tried to stick to my normal diet. Our normal schedule for eating has been thrown off a bit due to being so busy, so that has lead to me not feeling quite as good as I have the past few weeks when I was on a better schedule.

I hit a bit of a wall with the exercising and had to back down a little due to being fatigued. The second half of the week found me struggling a little due to being at a higher altitude. I’m slowly making the adjustment. While I had heard that altitude can really make a huge difference in the difficulty of exercising, I hadn’t really experienced it except for a few times while hiking.

We’ll see what this next week has to hold as we prepare for Munchkin’s graduation.
