It’s funny looking back over all photos – especially as more and more time passes. Not only does it bring back memories, but it also makes me grateful for digital photography. 😉
Today, for Throwback Thursday, I thought it would be fun to post these two pictures of hubby and I playing high school sports. While we both played a variety of sports, softball was my favorite and basketball was his favorite. We both miss playing. D played basketball for 1 year in college prior to joining the Marine Corps. He then played on and off while in the Corps until he injured his back. Now, he’ll very rarely play a pick-up game at the gym, and he misses it. Thankfully, we have other fun adventures now. 😉
It was fun watching Munchkin play the same sports, but she never had the same passion for the game as we did which was okay. I got a kick out of looking at her sports pictures as well as it hasn’t been that long ago that she played, but she’s grown up so much since then. (I just grabbed a couple of pictures, but she actually played more than one season and more than just these two sports.)
