I use ground flax seed in our diets on a regular basis as it is high in healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. Flax seed even makes a great egg replacement in many gluten free recipes. Country Girl at Heart

While I pretty much grew up in the city, I’ve always been a country girl at heart. It could have something to do with the fact that I also grew up going fishing and camping.
