Fitness Friday: ShapelyGirl Fitness Week 2 Recap

ShapelyGirl Let's Get Moving 2: Cardo Toning with WeightsI have joined up with some other ladies from the CWA Review team to form a ShapelyGirl Fitness exercise group for the month of October. Each Friday during October, I’m going to post updates on how I’ve done for the week as a way to be held accountable. My final post will be on November 2, 2012 where I will wrap everything up and talk about my experience with the ShapelyGirl Fitness program.

I would love to report back great news for week two, but unfortunately, I can’t. I’ve been too ill this week to work out with the dvd, so sadly I do not have anything to report for the week. I did my best to eat well (when I was able to eat) and stay hydrated. Really, that was my focus for this week just making sure to stay hydrated and make what little food that I could eat healthy.

Because of being down for a week, I will basically be starting back at square one next week, but it will be okay. I look forward to being able to get back into the program and get moving!

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. ~Philippians 4:13~

The other ladies on the CWA ShapelyGirl Fitness team will be posting about their progress this second week. I’d love it if you would head over to their blogs and encourage them as they progress on this journey. Because we have ladies of all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, and walks of life, you will see how the program works for a variety of women. We appreciate your prayers and support as we strive to get fit physically, mentally, and spiritually. Don’t forget to check back in during the week as this wonderful group of ladies will be linking up throughout the week.
