Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Giveaway

Posted in Gluten Free, and Reviews

Coconut Cream ConcentrateCoconut Cream Concentrate is pure organic coconut meat that is finely ground into a creamy consistency.  Unlike many of the other Tropical Traditions coconut oil products, the coconut cream concentrate is a food rather than a cooking oil.  You can use it in baked goods, in smoothies, or just smear it on some toast.  You can even make your own coconut milk!

My favorite way to enjoy it?  Definitely smeared on some gluten free toast or a gluten free bagel.  Absolutely delicious.  It melts into the nooks and crannies and provides a yummy flavor.  It would be great for those who need to be dairy-free.

I think it’s great that you can mix a couple of tablespoons of the concentrate into some water and create you own coconut milk.  You make it as you need/want it, and it has no additives.  Just pure, delicious coconut milk to drink on demand. Yum!
