Project 365 – #047
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. ~3 John 1:2-4~
These last couple of weeks have been a blessing for me even though I’ve been sick. It’s been a time of resting, but it’s also been a time for me to reflect on my weaknesses as well as Munchkin’s strengths. Despite some of my own shortcomings, Munchkin is growing in grace.
I’m truly amazed at how the Lord is able to use me, as a mother, to further His kingdom through my daughter even though I all too often fall short. He time and again proves that His way is so much greater than my own way. He can see the end goal while many times I can only see the immediate. What I see as a frustration, He sees as an opportunity, a time for growth, a time for reflection….
