Green Toys Sand Play Set Review

Sand Play Set

Green Toys: Sand Play Set

Green Toys Inc. makes an awesome line of classic children’s toys constructed from recycled plastic and other environmentally friendly materials. This helps reduce fossil fuel use and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improving the overall health and happiness of the planet.

We were thrilled to get the opportunity to review the Green Toy Sand Play Set.  As soon as the package arrived, Munchkin grabbed the pail, rake, shovel, and mold and headed outside to test it out.  She was impressed with how sturdy the entire set was while playing.  She loves the idea that her toy is made out of 100% recycled plastic.  Munchkin felt this set was much better than any other traditional sand set she has owned in the past.  (And she has had quite a few sets.)

Mom loves that this sand set is both durable and environmentally friendly.  It’s BPA, Phthalates, and PVC free.  It’s made in the USA.  I believe that this set will hold up well to our harsh Arizona sun, and Munchkin will get many hours of fun with it.

The Sand Play Set is available for $19.99 online at Green Toys.  It is recommended for ages 18 months plus.

Eco-Friendly Tot Kit

Green Toys has teamed up with CleanWell, Preserve, and Luna Bar to create an eco-friendly kit that will help you and your family get out and enjoy the world.  The kit contains the Green Toys Sand Play Set, CleanWell All Natural Hand Sanitizers, Preserve 2-pack Square Food Storage, and Luna Bar.  All profits from the sale of the Essential Green Kit for You and Your Tot are being donated to Healthy Child Healthy World.  You can purchase a kit for $26.99 at diapers.com.

Special thanks to Green Toys for sending me the Sand Play Set for review. No other compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
