Create Your Own Nachos or Tacos Recipe

Taco Meat This recipe is based on Sue Gregg’s Taco Chip Ole. We have added this recipe to our normal rotation. The meat heats up well for use later in the week. We use this meat for both nachos and tacos. Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey1/4 cup diced onions1 can diced tomatoes2 Tbsp. taco seasoning 1) Brown turkey. Add diced onions while cooking.2) Blend/Puree diced tomatoes with taco seasoning. Add to browned meat. Simmer until sauce thickens. Taco/Nacho Buffet This makes a great meal for company. A little package in the mail introduced us to the world of Hank the Cowdog. You see, we had never heard of Hank or his cohorts. We knew nothing of Drover, Slim, Sally May, High Loper, Little Alfred, Beulah, The Buzzards, Pete, The Coyotes, Plato, or Madame Moonshine. Our adventure with Hank began with the Tornado game.
