Practical Mathematics

Currently, Munchkin is not working with her traditional math book. Instead, we have been doing some practical application in preparation for our upcoming move. As you know, Munchkin and I really enjoyed the Back to Basics Cooking Class offered by Shelley from One Roast Vegetable. Since I don’t want you to miss out on this great class, I wanted to post a reminder that the registration for the the next 14-week Back to Basics Cooking Class begins today, April 28th. This is an online class that takes place in your own home (no traveling!), and you can work at your own pace, so very low stress. Birthday, Cousins, Fun

This last week was a whirlwind of activity. We ended up having family stay for most of this past week. Our unexpected company made for a very happy birthday for Munchkin. Since we rarely get to spend birthdays with family, this was a fun treat. There were many early mornings as the cousins were eager to play together. On Saturday, Munchkin had her first baseball game, and she had her own little cheering section. The weather was beautiful, and she had fun.
